Client Overview :
Our client, a global manufacturer of flavor and fragrance products, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing distribution team!
Salary / Hourly Rate :
$18 / hr
Position Overview :
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing product inventory levels and communicating shipping information to the warehouse.
Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator :
- Maintain accurate product counts in the database
- Prepare invoices for customers
- Enter product information into Excel
- Process back-ordered products
- Research shipping discrepancies
Qualifications for the Logistics Coordinator :
- Prior experience working in shipping / receiving
- Computer proficiency including experience with UPS / FedEx shipping programs
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Candidates for the Logistics Coordinator role must be comfortable standing / bending / walking for 8 hours
Education Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent is required
